alphalinux GM 1.2.3 problems

    We are testing alphalinux cluster with 4 SMP nodes (2x21264A 666 MHz on
Samsung UP-2000, LANai 7 boards, RedHat 6.1 with 2.2.16 SMP kernel). Now I'm
trying to move from GM 1.1.1 to GM 1.2.3. I've compiled GM 1.2.3,
MPICH-1.2..3 from the sources and install them. Now, I'm observing the
following. During host to host transfers evrything works fine, but during
internal host transfers (via shmem I think) processing stops. BTW these SMP
transfers works and we got good results.
    Periodicaly during testing we receive the following message in the
kernel log "unaligned trap at xxxxxxxxxxxxx" and the "[4] Internal error:
msg packet discarded (smppriv.c:626)" or "[0] Internal error: msg packet
discarded (smppriv.c:626)" in the console.

P.S. GM 1.1.1 & ParaStation 2 works fine.
