Synronization?

Dear Member,

Do any one know how to manage the event/step syncronization in parallel
computer system which use Myrinet?
I am now engaged in a research project on real-time digital simulation
of power network. But I am confused with the problem about how to
syncronize the steps,
ie, in the simulation, the process must keep step with the real time in
steps.
And also there may be AD or DA (Analog to Digital or Digital to Analog)
interface with PCI bus, the AD/DA converter should be sycronised with
the time steps. The time step may be, for example, 100 micoseconds.

Any suggestion or comment is appreciated.
