AGP and Myrinet

Hi, I have a Dell Dimension 4100 PC which boots and runs RedHat 7.0 just fine. But as soon as I place my Myrinet Card (a PCI64B) into one of its PCI slots, it refuses to boot up. The monitor is blank and even the PC BIOS refuses to run. Has anyone had an experience of this type? The Dell Dimension 4100 that I have, came with a NVidia AGP graphics card. I tried using a PCI graphics card instead but in vain. Any suggestions?
