About gm configuration!

Hi:
   I've bought some myrinet cards and switches for my cluster of PCs,and four PC
s with a card are connected to a switch.I've also download your gm-1.4pre48 softw
are and install it as the website said.But I got such problems:

1. ./mapper active.args 
   (the result is as follows:)
   starting to map.My clock...
   mapper node is disconnected. I don't know what to do.
   sleeping for 30000 milliseconds.

2. gm_allsize -v  
   (the result is as follows:)
   #opening board 0 port 2.sending to port 2
   #...
   #...
   Error:  could not determine node id.

   Total queue =0
   Total send  =0
   Total received =0.
///////////

   It seems that something is wrong with my network connection or configuration 
or ignore something necessary.
   Please help me, Thank you!
