It has been "very soon" since 2 weeks :-) 
Actually, it's really very soon now :-)). We are in the final 
testing (GM, IP, MPI) before official tarball.

Yes, I would only advice to try to reproduce the problem on 
a safe machine with 1.5pre4, even if 1.5pre4 is almost the 
official release.

I <think> there is a change in the Sleep/Wake code (interrupts) in 
the recent Linux driver. I will ask the developper if he can confirm 
that.
