We've been involed from the early days and got a bit turned off when
Microsoft appeared to be putting all the hard work in the hands of the
driver writers. We also helped them understand some of the more
tricky issues that we had already dealt with by providing user-level
access to the Myrinet card. 

We have not spent any time on this recently, but will undoubtedly
get back to it assuming microsoft actually publishes the API.
As far as I know it is still under NDA and is not in Win2000.
