Myrinet WinSock/SAN driver for Windows 2000?

I know that you folks have mentioned that you might be putting more 
emphasis into your TCP/IP driver for Unix soon, which would benefit 
projects based on standard networking API's.

Are you up to speed on Microsoft's WinSock/SAN efforts? If so, do you have 
a position on it yet?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Microsoft has SAN driver hooks in their 
winsock DLL now (Win2k), then the opportunity for Myrinet is to have its 
customers running standard winsock apps communicating node-to-node over 
GM/Myrinet without traversing TCP or UDP/IP. Sounds hugely significant.

Microsoft/Tandem excerpt, explains WinSock/SAN:
