I have been having great difficulty in getting a Win32 (WinXP) node to interoperate with Linux nodes. I have finally managed to get the Win32 node to run in passive mapping mode, with one of the Linux boxes running map-once. The only remaining problem is that the hostname of the Win32 node is missing in the map, instead of a hostname there is the GM boards hardware ID number. Can I place a file somewhere on the Win32 node containing the node's name? Where? Thanks, - Richard ============================================ Richard Willis, B.Eng (EIT) [email protected] CTF Systems INC Tel 604-941-8561 Suite-15 1750 McLean Ave FAX 604-941-8565 Port Coquitlam, B.C.
