Help on check_nt

Hello

I launch this command
check_nt -H x.x.x.x -v PROCSTATE -p 12489 -d SHOWALL -s password -l fcproc.exe
and the return is
fcproc.exe: hung, fcproc.exe: Running

Is somebody can explain me :

*         what is hung process

*         how I can see it in windows

*         Is there a method for not having warning alert for such state
