Hi, I just followed the instructions on http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/quickstart-ubuntu.html to install the latest stable release of Nagios (3.5) on a fresh Ubuntu 12.04 machine. Everything went fine, but when I try to start nagios using /etc/init.d/nagios start, I get following error: /etc/init.d/nagios: 20: .: Can't open /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions There is no file at /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions. It seems like the Makefile could not put the functions file at /etc/rc.d/init.d ? Is it a bug or I missed something?
