another odd np error

I've been testing lots of things, to make sure I haven't broken anything lately,
and came across this.

Manage clients-> Create New-> select role -> create new -> commit.
This seems to put data in all the right databases, but says 
"ERROR: " on the commit page. Looking further, I found that I get
errors in my log like:

"no db passed in at /blah/blah/blah/MIBtoSQL.pm line 121, <I> line 1."

I put in some debugging code, and it turns out this error is generated only
when the ipCidrRouteTable is sent as an argument to setup_mib. ????
My DB does have the ipCidrRouteTable, and I have started with a fresh DB
and still get this error.

Any ideas?
