userguide.html

I've been editing the userguide to bring it up to date, since it hasn't been touched
since February '04. In Section 5 there is a list of the admin tables in the database
(now updated to reflect things like usereference), and it also mentions a list
of the other tables. I think it would be better to remove that list and replace it
with some text along the lines of: "Additional tables are created automatically
when modules are loaded which use MIB objects. Please see the individual MIBs
for details."

Does that sound okay? Any comments?
