problem running np-distd

Hello, I can run net-policy web interface now but np-distd still not work. When I start net-policy service, it's all OK. But when I stop, np-distd is failed.

[root@localhost net-policy-2.1]# service net-policy start

Starting np-distd: [ OK ]

Starting np-datad: [ OK ]

Starting np-collectd-perl: [ OK ]

[root@localhost net-policy-2.1]# service net-policy stop

Shutting down np-distd: [FAILED]

Shutting down np-datad: [ OK ]

Shutting down np-collectd-perl: [ OK ]

After creating some clients and realms, I run np-datad and np-distd to send out policies and receive an error message: 

[root@localhost root]# np-distd -u postgres -p pass

np-odbc: Error: createTheDataSource: Unable to find odbc driver, ''.

np-odbc: : It should be configured according to install instructions.

np-distd: Error: init_dbs: Unable to find/create DSN for ODBC Database access

np-distd: ERROR: unable to initilize DB's

Please give me some help!
