problem with web interface

Hello, I'am having some problems running net-policy web interface.
Everything is configured, deamons are running and when I run
http://192.168.0.2/net-policy I received a 500 error message(Interneal
Server Error) everything is configured, I have all permissions, deamosn and
running and problem persist, anybody have any idea why this is happening?
How can I fix this?

In the other hand i'am running test.pl and I received this output message:

[root@ramon2 NetPolicy]# perl test.pl

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/NetPolicy/htmlmanager.pm line 97.

What Can I do to fix this?
