problem running netpolicy

Hello, I'am having problems running net-policy. I'am using latest CVS
version and Red Hot 9. when I run web interface, I received a 500, internal
server error message), then when I check error_log file:
/var/log/httpd/error_log

I notice this:

"common" is not defined in %Apache::Constants::EXPORT_TAGS at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Apache/Constants.pm line 9

There's a problem with the file
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Apache/Constants.pm , with the variable
"common" can somebody help me on this? Is this an odd error? I looks like a
bug, please I will aprecciate some help on this matter,
