new problem running web interface

Hi, I'am running net-policy web interface, an I receive internal server
error problem, when I check erro_log file I found this:

CGI::rearrange! at

85!

there's a problem with the subroutine CGI::rearrange,

I'am using RH9 and latest CVS files
