Creating links to make it work

Hi, I need your help in something:

I have to create to many links to some files to make net-policycontinues run
process, don't undesratnd why netpolicy did not create the links to that
files, or copy that files in a different folder, the files are:

MIBtoSQL.pm , NetPolicy/htmlmanager.pm , QWizard.pm , CGI/Util.pm

Creating the link the process continues, but I mean , it's not the idea, did
I miss something in install process, that generates this? Any idea what's
happening?

As you know i'am usingRH9 and latest CVS,
