problem with web interface persist

Hi Wes I'am still having problems with web interfaces, checking error_log
file I notice this:

[Mon Aug 11 23:32:02 2003] [error] [client 192.168.0.1] Can't locate object
method "new" via package "QWizard::Generator::HTML" at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/QWizard.pm line 31.!, referer:
http://192.168.0.1/net-policy/

I was receiving another error message and I install the perl-CGI 2.99 and
reinstall opensnmp net-snmp and net-policy, and problem persist now the
QWizard.pm

Also as I told you before I had to create symbolic links to some files to
make it continue the running proces:

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/MIBtoSQL.pm to
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/MIBtoSQL.pm

/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/ to
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/QWizard.pm

Really don't understand why netpolicy cannot create the files directly to
the /usr/lib/... path, it creates it to /usr/local/lib/ any possibility to
avoid this in the instalation process?

and last problem as I mention before the command "1service net-policy start"
is not working for me it says that service doesn't exist, how can I make
this a service without running the np-datad and npdistd. I check the log
file you told me: /var/log/messages but it says nothing about it
