Err...  But that doesn't make sense since there is a new function
defined within the QWizard::Generator::HTML module.

Ok, up till you told me which files were a problem I couldn't do much
about it because you hadn't given enough information.  I'm not sure
why its installing in /usr/local, as its perl itself that dictates the
installation path.  By the way, make sure you specify
'--sysconfdir=/etc' to configure...

Thats the odd thing.  It should be.  Can you try something?

  cd perl
  make clean
  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make install

and see where it installs it.
