Now, what was the solution for that...  I think you can do a few
things:

1) try upgrading your kernel to the latest RPM if you haven't done so,
   as the newer kernels may make it match better?

2) use insmod -f ipsec
  (this will force it to load anyway, which I've done before and it
  works without problems)
