sql_utils

Hello, I'am having a problem running net-policy since I add the file
sql_utils and new cvs updates, please check what http error_log says:

DBI connect('database=adminnetpolicy;host=localhost','root',...) failed:
Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/NetPolicy/sql_utils.pm line 214
[Thu Oct 09 22:40:48 2003] [error] [client 192.168.0.1] !Connect not ok:
Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)!

Error message says i'am not using password, but it's really strange because
I specify a password for mysql user and for net-policy np-setup, how can I
fix this
