Re: sql_utils

Ramon, you should not be checking out the most recent
updates. You should only check out up to the database
reorganization (I believe I emailed net-policy-users about this).
In order to get back to that version, do this:

cvs co -r Net-Policy_before-major-DB-change net-policy

It won't matter if you still have the file sql_utils.pm, but should
give you versions of htmlmanager.pm, Makefile.PL, and np-setup
that will work properly for you. You may have to make clean
before you rebuild.
