Are you using the Net-SNMP rpm or built from hand.  If using the RPM,
this is the problem

Ramon> [root@ramon2 root]# ls /usr/share/snmp/mibs/IPSEC*

Ramon> NO FILES

and you should copy these:

Ramon> [root@ramon2 root]# ls /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/IPSEC*

Ramon> /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/IPSEC-ISAKMP-IKE-DOI-TC
Ramon> /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs/IPSEC-POLICY-MIB

to there.
