working with net-policy again

Hello, some time ago I was trying to work with net-policy, at that point I
was using the version before-mayor-db-changes, that was in september just
when you start working with the new version. Right now I want to work again
with netpolicy, but need to know if the new version from CVS is ready, I
notice all the developers are working a lot on it, but not sure if it's
ready for use. I need to install a stable version of the project, so I will
aprecciate if you the developers can recommend me which CVS version should I
get, I remember that in the past in september 2003 I was getting
segmentation faults error when trying to distribute the policies to the
clients when using the before-mayor-db-changes, so please let me know if the
version before-mayor-db-changes has been also uptaded.

I also notice that you now are working with postgresql, that is being used
in the version before-mayor-db-changes too?

And last: cerberus and plutoplus, the last versions I have are the ones that
comes in the september 2003 RPMs, do I need to update them for using it with
the before-mayor-db-changes?
