Hello Robert,

Please have another look at these patches, and at least at the patch
that fixes the MSVC build. It has been a very long time since a Net-SNMP
version was released and I think that it would be bad for the reputation
of the Net-SNMP project if the 5.8 release wouldn't build on one of the
supported platforms.
