Fair point.

Hmmm....
This is getting slightly obscure, but you could start by
registering the RowStatus column (only).  Then when the
first row is created, you register the whole table as well.

When the last row is deleted, you unregister the table
(but leave the RowStatus registration).   That way, the
master agent would only have to query each table once
to discover that it was empty - rather than every column
of each table.
