and the documentation:
$ man snmpd.conf
:
AGENTX SUB-AGENTS
AgentXSocket addr
This defines the address the master agent listens at.
The default is /var/agentx/master... Another possibility
is localhost:705
$ man snmpd
OPTIONS
-x ADDRESS
Listens for AgentX connections on the specified address
rather than the default ’/var/agentx/master’. The address
can either be a Unix domain socket path, or the address of

You will not need to change any code in the main Net-SNMP master
agent. Whether you need to change your subagent code will depend
on how this subagent has been designed.
