Hi, I have a question reguarding to the usage of snmpwalk. I run snmpwalk to get the arp table from my cisco switch with the following command. snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 10.10.10.11 It then returns a bunch of data, (of couse I got my stuffs, the ip-mac mapping) which I don't really interested to. Could anyone please tell me how to filter out those data with other OIDs? I did the following: snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 10.10.10.11 3.6.1.2.1.3.1.1 it then prompts me with, snmpwalk: Error building ASN.1 representation Doesn't work, of course. Could you mind show to the right way of doing it? Thanks. tikcireviva ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the JBoss Inc.
