ssCpuRaw counters not rolling over

I am running into an issue with the ssCpuRaw counters not rolling over when they reach the max value for a 32bit unsigned int.
I found a reference to what sounds like the same problem in the archives to this list:

The resolution was: "rebuild after applying this patch"

Can someone tell me which patch this is referring to?
