Error in UCD-SNMP

Hi all,

I have this issue with ucd-snmp. I have the following version installed on
my Red-Hat 7.3 

ucd-snmp-4.2.1-7

ucd-snmp-utils-4.2.1-7

These are the errors I'm getting:

1) when I type the command below before configuring snmpd.conf 

Snmpwalk -v1 -c public localhost 

 everything works fine but after configuring i.e adding the community and I
type

Snmpwalk -v1 -c mycommunity localhost 

It gives a time out error but when I try from another system I get this
result:

These error is not allowing me to be able to check memory, cpu and disk
utilization

 

Also when I add disk check or process monitoring to the configuration I get
a 

 

snmpd dead but subsys locked error

 

I have searched the internet for solutions but to no avail can you please
assist?
