That surprised me, and so sent me back to the MIB file (which is
what I should have done in the first place).

The root of the LM-SENSORS-MIB isn't "hrSensors" - it's "lmSensors",
which might explain why snmpwalk was getting confused.

I hadn't realised that you were working with a pre-built RPM.
Are you sure that the agent you are querying supports the
LM-SENSORS-MIB?   I didn't think this was part of the default
built, so it would typically need to be explicitly included
during the initial "configure" run.
