system: Unknown Object Identifier (system)

Dear net-snmp users,

Iam using net-snmp v 5.3 built from source on RHEL ES
v4 on i386.

Iam able to walk through snmp with snmpwalk command.
Output is below.

I've been trying to figure out why the message below
appears:
when issued the command:

snmpget -v1 -c tst rhel4 system
"system: Unknown Object Identifier (system)"

Any MIB is accessible with the numeric ids but not
text ids.

Iam new to net-snmp and does'nt get any clue on this
issue.

Any clues, suggestion are greatly appreciated .
