Automatically send traps by proc/exec/ without snmpget/walk/polling?

Hello all!

I need snmpd to send traps without polling the server.

Is it possible?

I have this directive in my snmpd.conf:

proc smbd 30 1

In example, when there are more as 30 smbd processes running,
then sets snmpd the UCD-SNMP-MIB::prErrorFlag to 1.

Is there a way, that the snmpd automatically sends an trap
when the ErrorFlag is set to 1?

The manpage "snmpd.conf" has the directive "exec", but the command
only executed after polling the snmpd with snmpwalk/get...

Any hints?

Greetings from germany
