IP address of the trap receiver

Hi,
 
I would like to know if it's possible to dynamically change the IP
address of the trap receiver.
 
When the snmpd starts-up it reads the directive from the snmpd.conf.
e.g.
trap2sink <IP address>
 
But if this IP address changes it would be nice to re-parse it without
restarting the agent. Is it an API for this?
 
I'm using net-snmp 5.2.1.2 for RH.
