Problem compiling net-snmp 5.2.2 on RH9

Hi there:

I poked around and found mention of the exact problem I am having in the 
mailing list archives; this would be referencing patch number 1376177.  
Since I couldn't find that patch on sourceforge, I guess I was assuming 
it had been rolled into this build.  Either I was mistaken, or something 
else is afoot:
