Because they're different things. With snmpbulkget you've been asking 
for the logically *next* 10 objects after "system" which includes 
ifNumber.0, ifIndex.1 and ifIndex.3 in your case. In contrast, with 
snmpbulkwalk you've been asking for the every object *beneath* the 
"system" tree. The above objects from IF-MIB are not beneath "system", 
so they're not listed with snmpbulkwalk.
