DISMAN Traps on startup only

all. I have compiled and installed net-snmp 5.3, and configured with the follwoing for testing: syslocation Server Room syscontact Sysadmin (root@localhost) createUser _internal MD5 "the first sign of madness" iquerySecName _internal rouser _internal defaultMonitors yes proc httpd2-prefork 10 1 procfix httpd2-prefork /etc/init.d/apache2 start trapcommunity public trapsink xx.xx.xx.xx public I get the cold start trap and if apache is down when the agent starts i get a trap regarding that but if it goes down or up once net-snmp is started i get nothing.
