error in snmpd.conf @ net-snmp-5.3.1.rc1

Hi. I can't put traps to work in net-snmp-5.3.0.1 so i switched to net-snmp-5.3.1.rc1. (i'm using the same configuration files) vbs3 was properly created using net-snmp-config --create-snmpv3-user. So is this a problem in net-snmp-5.3.1.rc1 or am i missing something? Thanks.
