Try running "rpm -e net-snmp-libs" and make sure that all sign of earlier Net-SNMP-related files have disappeared before trying to install the 5.2.1 RPM. Something like: find / -name '*snmp*' or locate snmp | xargs ls 2>/dev/null might help. Don't proceed until these commands are silent.
