Not directly AFAIK, but you can certainly restrict MIB access based on
the IP address that the request came *from* - at least for
community-based requests.   That's not exactly the same, but might be
close enough for your needs.

See the snmpd.conf(5) description of the "r{o,w}community" and
"com2sec" directives.
