How to create V3 user without auth and priv protocol (noAuth)

Hi,

I was able to create snmpv3 user using net-snmp-config script with MD5
authentication and DES encryption but I cannot create snmpv3 user
without any authentication and encryption (privacy) security protocol. I
have to use net-snmp-config script to create snmpv3 user.  Is any
suggestion to modify this script?
