We have been very fortunate in the intervening three years to have had a number of skilled Windows developers join the Net-SNMP team, and the agent support on this platform has improved dramatically as a result. Please consider installing a recent version (e.g. v5.4), and try working with that. There are still some MIBs without Windows support, but you might be pleasantly surprised.
