Hi, Query: Is there a way to log traps containing multibyte characters using snmptrapd ? Situation: snmptrapd not logging out traps containing multibyte characters We currently use snmptrapd 5.1, 5.3 to log out the received traps in a specified format. This formatted text log of the trap is passed on to our program for further processing. This works fine in English environments but in Japanese environments the multi-byte Japanese characters are not logged out but a '*' is logged out. Is there a way to resolve this issue?
