You've not given any indication whether the OIDs you're querying are part of the standard Net-SNMP agent, or private enterprise-specific modules that you've written yourself. If you're querying the agent for standard MIB information, it's quite possible that the later agent involves a fuller implementation than the earlier one. Though six minutes feels a very long time for retrieving *any* portion of the standard MIB tree. I'll repeat Thomas' question: What are those eight OIDs and what responses do you get? and add one of my own: If this is not part of the standard Net-SNMP agent, how are these OIDs implemented? > I can not find a version of net-snmp 5.4 for Solaris. > The latest I seem to find is v5.2.2.
