Where's that verbose output from? Did you add "-d" but didn't tell us?
I'm surprised there isn't a response, then, though. The outgoing packet
looks like an engine ID probe. Please add "-d" and post the *full*
output. If this doesn't give more output, try "-DALL" for full debug and
post the *gzip*ed log.
