	More coffee for Dave, please!

Andreas has a point - the r.timeout on an AgentX Register PDU, and a nonzero o.timeout of the AgentX Open PDU, should r.timeout be 0, should probably override any master agent configuration directive. The subagent is much more likely to have a good estimate of how long it may need to respond.
