	Hmmmm... enterprise number 99 belongs to SNMP Research.  I couldn't find any downloadable MIBs on their website.  You might want to check the docs for the device that's generating the traps to see if there is a MIB for it.  There is no guarantee, however, that a MIB file will be available for any given trap.
