Previously I was using some older version of net-snmp , at that i had bit
difficulties in implementing tables . when i posted this problem to this
list , they answered me  use the latest version .  After installing , trying
with linking the libraries , So my problem was solved ..


I am not sure how to solve your problem , jst check with latest  version.
Always in software use the latest version :-)
