RE: Size of the Recv-Q of TCP socket gets increased

Can anyone please tell me how can I make it sure that the problem exists
in net-snmp not in the shared library I use to send alarm/trap.

Previously I was using some older version of net-snmp , at that i had
bit difficulties in implementing tables . when i posted this problem to
this list , they answered me  use the latest version .  After installing
, trying with linking the libraries , So my problem was solved .. 


I am not sure how to solve your problem , jst check with latest
version. Always in software use the latest version :-)

	Net_SNMP version used:

	 

	[progeny@nas1 app]$ rpm -qa | grep -i net-snmp

	net-snmp-devel-5.0.9-2.30E.3

	net-snmp-5.0.9-2.30E.3

	net-snmp-utils-5.0.9-2.30E.3


         You  are using old version  . Better switch to net-snmp version
5.4.1 , which is much improvised .

	

	 

	[root@nas1 root]# /usr/sbin/snmpd -version

	 

	NET-SNMP version:  5.0.9

	Web:               http://www.net-snmp.org/

	Email:             [email protected]
