Hi Pranesh,
 
I hope you have given the IP address correctly in the snmpwalk request..
You can specify the timeout for the request to some large value (in
seconds) using the option -t as shown below. If you don't specify -t
option, the default timeout for request sent is 1 second.
 
snmpwalk -v2c -c public -t 100 <Ipaddress on which snmpd is running>
<OID>

Hi All,
    I installed and configured the net-snmp 5.4.1 . The agent is running
and able to  query the values with snmpwalk command on local machine.

    But if I query the the name from different system(computer) , its
saying  TimeOut No response. ( from Windows)

   Help in this regard will be appreciated.
